The Reset is made up of short, gentle videos (around 5 minutes each) and practical, calming tools that fit into real life; even on busy or low-energy days.
Move through it slowly, one small moment at a time, or binge it when you have the space.
There’s no pressure, no catching up, and no “right” way to do this.

Hi, I’m Fi! I’m an occupational therapist, mother, and woman who’s navigated big messy life transitions.
Mayari Mind and The Reset Toolkit were created to provide the kind of practical, safe, and gentle support I wished existed when I was exhausted and overwhelmed.
This work blends professional expertise with lived experience, meeting women where they are and offering practical tools to feel steadier again.

The Meaning Behind Mayari Mind
The name Mayari comes from Filipino mythology. Mayari is a goddess of resilience, strength, and quiet power. It also honours my heritage and the women who came before me.
My mother migrated to Australia without knowing anyone and rebuilt her life from the ground up. Watching her navigate uncertainty and start over shaped my understanding of resilience long before I had language for it.
Mayari Mind reflects that legacy: a space for women who are strong, even when they feel depleted, and ready to reconnect with themselves in a gentler, kinder way.
