Hi, I’m OT Fi—occupational therapist, mother, and woman who’s lived through some intense life transitions.
I didn’t start in health care. My first career was in HR, but something deeper was calling. While raising two toddlers, I went back to uni to become an OT. It was messy, exhausting, and life-changing.
There were moments I thought I wouldn’t make it—grieving my dad, navigating motherhood, marriage, study, and the pressure to hold it all together.
Since then, I’ve worked across hospitals, mental health, disability, paediatrics, and community care. I’ve seen the resilience of others—and had to rediscover my own.
Mayari Mind was born from these experiences.
It’s the support I wish I had when I was breaking down behind closed doors—a space blending professional insight, lived experience, and deep compassion.

Before we move forward, we pause.
This module invites you to gently explore where you are—emotionally, mentally, and practically. You’ll explore:
- The emotional and practical effects of change
- The natural phases of transition
- Tools like the Kawa Model for self-reflection and insight

MODULE #2 - The Unpacking
Releasing the Mental Load & Reconnecting with You
Video Length: ~17 minutes
This module shines a light on the invisible emotional and cognitive load you may be carrying. You’ll explore:
- What’s been silently weighing on you
- The impact of mental overload
- Realistic ways to reconnect with joy, rest, and meaningful activity
Includes audio tools like the “Unload Your Mental Backpack” meditation and reflection worksheets.

MODULE #3 - The Reset
Foundations for Navigating Transitions with Calm and Clarity

Now that you've unpacked, it’s time to regulate and reset. This module helps you understand your nervous system and offers evidence-based tools to:
- Recognize stress responses using Polyvagal Theory
- Learn grounding, breathwork, and sensory strategies
- Build your own Calm Toolkit
Includes calming meditations, breathing videos, and printable sensory tools.
