Let’s be honest.. Life is messy!
It’s made up of equal parts beauty and chaos, often at the same time.
Hi, I’m Fi. I’m an occupational therapist, a mother, and a woman who has navigated significant life transitions of her own.
Before working in healthcare, I had a career in HR. While raising two young children, I returned to university to retrain as an OT. It was demanding, exhausting, and deeply transformative. During that time, I was navigating profound change. I experienced grief, new parenthood, and I studied like a maniac! And all while feeling the familiar pressure to keep everything together on the outside while quietly feeling overwhelmed on the inside..
I created Mayari Mind and The Reset Toolkit to offer the kind of support I wished I’d had during those seasons: practical, gentle guidance and tools to help you pause, reset, and feel more like yourself again.
