3. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, workbooks, meditations, downloads, posts, and branding — is owned by Mayari Mind.
You agree not to:

copy, distribute, or share content

upload materials to public platforms

Because our courses and digital resources are delivered electronically and provide immediate access, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

change of mind
non-use or partial completion
perceived lack of results (as outcomes vary for each person)

Refunds will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
