1. Educational Purpose Only
All Mayari Mind services provide general educational and wellbeing information only.
They are not therapy, not occupational therapy, not counselling, and not medical or mental health treatment.
No assessment, diagnosis, or personalised advice is provided.
2. No Therapeutic Relationship
Participation in any course or community does not create:
- a therapeutic relationship
- a clinician–patient relationship
- a duty of care in a clinical sense
If you require personalised healthcare or mental health support, please seek guidance from a qualified professional.
3. Intellectual Property
All course content — including videos, workbooks, meditations, downloads, posts, and branding — is owned by Mayari Mind.
You agree not to:
- copy, distribute, or share content
- resell or reproduce materials
- upload materials to public platforms
Access is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree:
- Your participation is voluntary and at your own discretion

If accessing the Reset Community:

Refund Policy

Because our courses and digital resources are delivered electronically and provide immediate access, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- change of mind
- non-use or partial completion
- perceived lack of results (as outcomes vary for each person)
Refunds will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
