What is The OT Reset Course?
The OT Reset for Women Navigating Life Transitions is a 5-module, self-paced online course that combines mental health-informed occupational therapy with practical tools for emotional regulation, identity rebuilding, and routine development.
Developed by an AHPRA-registered occupational therapist, this course draws on evidence-based practices in:
- Behavioural science
- Nervous system regulation
- Routine formation and lifestyle design
- Mind-body approaches and reflective practice
It’s not “fluffy wellness” — it’s accessible, trauma-informed, and grounded in clinical OT mental health practice.
