I can’t log in to my course

Make sure you're using the same email address you used when you purchased the course.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the prompts to reset it.

I didn’t receive my login email

Please check your spam/junk folder (sometimes emails land there by mistake).
If you’re using Gmail, check the “Promotions” tab.

Still nothing? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll resend your access link.

My videos or lessons aren’t loading properly.

Try refreshing your page or switching browsers (Kajabi works best on Chrome or Safari).
If you’re on a mobile device, check your internet connection or try WiFi instead of mobile data.
Clear your browser cache and try again.

How Do I Access the Reset Community?

Option 1: From Your Product Page

Log in at www.mayarimind.com.au/login
Open your course from the dashboard.
Scroll to the bottom of the course product page.
You’ll see a section labelled “Reset Community” — click the link to join.

Option 2: Inside Module 5 – “Rise”

The Reset Community is also linked inside Module 5, which focuses on integration and connection.

Open Module 5 in your course.
Look for the “Reset Community Invite” — the link is included in the description of this invite.
You’ll also find the link in the description for the “Rise” video within this module.

I paid but don’t see my course

Sometimes it takes a few minutes for payment and course access to sync.
Log out and log back in after 5–10 minutes.
If you still don’t see your course, contact us and we’ll manually add your access right away.

How can I access the course on different devices?

You can access The OT Mental Health Reset anytime, anywhere, on multiple devices to suit your lifestyle:

Mobile Phone or Tablet (Browser Access):
Simply open your web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) on your mobile device or tablet, go to the course login page, and sign in with your registered email. You’ll be able to watch videos, download materials, and complete lessons on the go.
Kajabi Mobile App:
For the best on-the-go experience, download the Kajabi app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Log in using your course email, and the app will sync your progress automatically. The app makes it easy to access your course anywhere—even offline for some content.
Laptop or Desktop Computer:

For a larger screen and full-feature access, log in via your favorite browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) at Login. Here you can easily navigate lessons, download resources, and engage with any course features.

I can’t see the course in the Kajabi app — what should I do?

If you’ve taken other courses with us before, your new course may not appear immediately.

Step 1: Close the app completely.

Step 2: Reopen the app.

Step 3: Check the “My Products” or “Library” section — your new course should appear.

Step 4: Make sure you are logged in with the correct email.

I haven’t received my welcome email — what now?

First, check your junk or spam folder — sometimes welcome emails end up there.

If you find it in junk/spam, mark it as “Safe” or “Not Spam” so future emails land in your inbox.

If you still don’t see it, contact us at [Support Email] and we’ll resend it.
