Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) is a gentle, guided practice that helps release physical tension and calm your nervous system.

In this short audio, you’ll be guided to gently tense and release different muscle groups, helping your body recognise the shift from tension to relaxation. You don’t need to do this perfectly or for a long time. Simply listening and noticing is enough.

Find a comfortable position, press play, and allow yourself a few minutes to pause. You can use this audio during the day to reset, or at night to support rest and sleep. Even five minutes can make a difference.
